Step 1: Search and prepare the customer information paperwork from OCN.

***When you got your SIM card,OCN sent you a envelope letter by mail

***OCN need to ask you OCN customer ID

Step 2: Call OCN customer call center 0120-506-506 then press 8 (English)

***Business hours: 10:00-19:00 Mon-Sat (National holiday closed)

Step 3: English speaker is just interpreter. They'll start 3 person chat by telephone.

Step 4: If you lost OCN customer ID,let they know your contact telephone number you resistered before and your address you resistered before and DOB and something your info.

Step 5: Ask them following question.

***How much is cancellation cost?

***When can they terminate your SIM service?

***When will they charge to your creditcard? 

<CAUTION>

SIM card basic monthly fee is 1 month delay.

Telephone calling charge is 2 month delay.

Cancellation cost will charge 1 or 2 month later.

Don't cancel your creditcard number in a while.

If OCN couldn't charge you the final payment,they is going to send final bill to me suddenly. If you have something problem about creditcard. Consult me first. 

Used SIM card has to be returned to OCN

<Caution>

If you forgot returning, OCN may charge you something penalty.

1. Buy an envelope

2. Insert a used SIM card into the envelope.

3. write OCN's address on the envelope.

4.Write your name and cellphone number on the backside of that envelope. 

5.Go to the post office then ask them how much you need to pay for it.

Elementary stamp cost is 82yen. But If you bought big envelope,Post office will charge you more.
